London-based DJ and curator; music producer at Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide FM with a radio show titled "Migrant Sounds". She is constantly travelling around the world with her record bag, in an incessant search for new music.

Σπούδασε Διεύθυνση Φωτογραφίας, Ήχο και Εικόνα στο E.T.I.C. (Escola Técnica de Imagem e Comunicação, Lisboa) και στο E.S.A.D. (Escola Superior de Artes e Design, Caldas da Rainha). Έχει δουλέψει ως Βοηθός Διευθυντή Φωτογραφίας σε δεκάδες μικρού και μεγάλου μήκους ταινίες, όπως επίσης και σε διαφημιστικά. Έγινε γνωστός από την ταινία «Arena» (2009), όπου ανέλαβε τη Διεύθυνση Φωτογραφίας, μια ταινία μυθοπλασίας μικρού μήκους του João Salaviza, η οποία κέρδισε τον Χρυσό Φοίνικα στην κατηγορία του, στο Φεστιβάλ των Καννών το 2009.
He studied cinematography, sound and image at E.T.I.C. (Escola Técnica de Imagem e Comunicação, Lisboa) and at E.S.A.D. (Escola Superior de Artes e Design, Caldas da Rainha). He worked as an assistant cinematographer in dozens of short and long fiction films as well as in marketing projects and adverts. He gained notoriety as Director of Photography thanks to his work on "Arena" (2009), a short fiction film by João Salaviza that won the Golden Palm Award at the Cannes Festival in 2009.

Synopsis
Ένα ταξίδι στα προάστια της Λισαβόνας, μέσα από τη ζωή μιας χούφτας μουσικών που δημιουργούν ένα τόπο, για να υπάρξουν σε μια πόλη πολύπλοκων ταυτοτικών αγώνων. Διάφορες γενιές και υπόβαθρα έρχονται σε επαφή. Η Αγκόλα, το Σάο Τομέ, το Πράσινο Ακρωτήρι και η Γουινέα Μπισάου εκπροσωπούνται από παλιούς μουσικούς και νέους παραγωγούς.
A journey around Lisbon’s suburbs through the lives of a handful of musicians establishing their place to exist in a city of complex identity struggles. Different generations and backgrounds meet, Angola to Sao Tome, Cabo Verde and Guinea-Bissau, represented by old musicians and young producers.
