School Registrations

KINO Athens International Independent Film Festival in collaboration with Athens Film Office are introducing for the first year the new festival section, the KINO Junior with the support of the City of Athens and the Greek Film Centre.

​

The next edition of the festival will take place from 1st to 10th of March 2024. Within those dates the KINO Junior Section will take place entirely at Serafio City of Athens venue. 

​

The section is addressed to children and teenagers over 3 years old. Animation, fiction, documentary films, full of joy and color will be shown in groups, according to the different age groups of schools, including nursery and primary schools. 

 

The films are carefully selected by our curator Possidónio Cachapa to reflect the interest, the problems and aspirations of each different age group of childrean, aiming to establish a bond between the film and the kid reflecting school, home, life.

The registration is free for students and teachers and the festival awaits students and teachers at Serafio City of Athens to watch films, discouss them, learn, getting involved and grow.
